Mushroom Stroganoff (V)
Saute mushrooms with onions, tomatoes, brandy,
cream and herbs.
All served with plain Boiled Rice and French Bread.

You may choose any three (3) of the above for your party. Also if there is a particular dish you would prefer please let me know. Included in the hot buffet selection are paper plates / bowls, napkins, and plastic cutlery.
Prices quoted for the Hot Buffet menu includes delivery, paper plates, plastic cutlery and serviettes. You may wish to use china plates and bowls with proper cutlery. A quote for the hire of crockery, cutlery, cake stands can be given on request
